1. General Information

2. Prices and Ordering

  • All prices are in euros and include VAT.
  • Product prices are shown next to each item.
  • Shipping fees are added based on the destination country and delivery method.
  • Free shipping on orders over €100!

To place an order:

  1. Add desired products to the shopping cart
  2. Fill in the required contact details
  3. Choose a suitable delivery method
  4. Pay securely via bank link

The order is confirmed once payment is received.
 If a product is unavailable (e.g. out of stock), we will notify you and issue a refund within 1–2 business days.

3. Shipping – Fast delivery across Europe!

  • We ship to all European countries
  • Orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment is received

Delivery times:

  • Estonia: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–14 calendar days (depending on country and delivery method)

Delivery partners: DPD, Omniva, DHL, and other trusted carriers.
 In Estonia and several European countries, we also ship to DPD parcel lockers.

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 days. We will inform you immediately if that happens.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

  • Private customers have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days after receiving the goods.
  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • To return, email us at info@greeneco.ee within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (except for defective products).
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

5. Claims and Complaints

  • All products are covered by a 2-year warranty period from the date of delivery.
  • If a problem occurs within the first 6 months, we generally assume it existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
  • Polycarbonate tableware is durable and dishwasher-safe – however, if you notice a defect, please contact us immediately. Do not continue using the product, as this may worsen the defect.
  • Send an email to info@greeneco.ee, preferably with a photo of the product and issue
  • We respond to all enquiries within 15 days.

Payment Terms

All prices in the Greeneco.fi online store are displayed in euros and include 24% VAT. Product prices are shown next to each item. Shipping costs are added based on the selected delivery method and are displayed clearly during checkout.

Payment Methods

Customers can choose from the following payment options:

  • Secure Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop, etc.)
  • Visa and Mastercard credit cards
  • Prepayment invoice (only for business customers or by prior agreement)

All card payments are processed through a secure and encrypted payment gateway – Greeneco OÜ does not see or store any card information.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been received by Greeneco OÜ.
If payment is made by invoice, the order is confirmed once we have sent an order confirmation via email.

Prices in the online store apply only to web orders and may differ from other sales channels or personalised offers.

Payment Deadline and Order Validity

After placing an order, payment must be made within 3 business days.
If payment is not received within this timeframe (unless agreed otherwise by invoice), Greeneco OÜ reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.

Shipping Terms

Delivery Options

During checkout, the customer can choose a suitable delivery method (parcel locker, courier, or local pickup).
The shipping cost is added to the order based on the selected method and is displayed before confirming the order.

Greeneco.fi delivers orders using the following options:

  • DPD courier across Estonia
  • DPD parcel lockers in Estonia and selected European countries
  • Other European destinations via trusted logistics partners (e.g. DHL)
  • Local pickup from our warehouse (Tuleviku tee 12, Peetri) is available by prior agreement only

Shipping Costs

  • For orders under €100, a shipping fee applies based on the selected delivery method (shown at checkout)
  • For orders from €100 and above, shipping is free within Estonia

Dispatch & Delivery Times

  • Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days after payment is received
  • Estonia: usually 3–7 business days
  • Europe: usually 5–14 calendar days (depending on destination and delivery method)

The delivery address entered during checkout cannot be changed after the order is confirmed.

If a product is out of stock or delivery is not possible within the normal time frame, we will notify the customer within 2 business days by email or phone and offer a new estimated delivery time or the option for a full refund.

Receiving & Inspecting Goods

Products are delivered to the address provided in the order. Upon receiving the goods, we kindly ask the customer to inspect the package visually.

If the product is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

  • If possible, include photos of the packaging and product
